2. Digital Product and Delivery

All products available for purchase on BuildYourBoard are entirely digital. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a set of digital files, including images and other necessary assets for your custom board generated through BuildYourBoard. No physical items will be shipped.
2.2
Once a purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email or directly on our website. Please ensure that your email address is accurate during checkout, as we are not responsible for non-receipt due to incorrect email input.
2.3
The download link provided will be valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link will expire, and you will no longer be able to access your files. We strongly recommend downloading and securely storing your files as soon as possible.
2.4
The customer is responsible for downloading and securely storing the purchased files. BuildYourBoard does not guarantee the continued availability of the download link after purchase.
3. Personal Use License
When purchasing digital products from BuildYourBoard, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal entertainment and enjoyment only.
3.2
You may not:
Distribute, resell, lease, or license the digital files, either in original or modified form, for commercial purposes.
Share the files with others, whether for free or in exchange for compensation.
Modify the files and claim them as your own for resale or public distribution.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to revocation of access to purchased files and potential liability for damages.

All digital products, including but not limited to custom boards generated through BuildYourBoard, remain the intellectual property of BuildYourBoard and/or their respective creators. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our digital products constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal consequences.
5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
All prices listed on BuildYourBoard are in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Payments are processed through Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If payment is declined or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order placed at an incorrect price, even if payment has already been processed. If necessary, we will provide a full refund.
